Cafe Nordstrom in Scottsdale

This is a nice store to shop at you can buy get different stuff here cloths come in and see for yourself lots see and look at i walk through the store and see want they have have fun shopping here at custom Fashion Square Mall have in the mall will you our here today.

Came in to Nordstrom's with my future daughter-in-law to look at wedding dresses. Jenna was extremely helpful and patient. I also appreciated her honesty and her willingness to try follow up on questions. She explained the process with regard to alterations. I also like that she would be there during the alterations.

Nordy's is a great store. Given that, three stars because they met my expectations. Had I been pleasantly surprised by the experience, I would have rated them higher. So all my ratings are fair, I begin at 3 meaning I was not disappointed. Higher scores are gained by doing better than I expected, lower scores by leaving me expecting more.

Beautiful store for designer fashions with impeccable service.

So sad. The cafe is not the same with this damn Covid-19. No fresh displays to tempt you and a reduced menu 😪

I am perplexed. The gal that handled my return was loving and kind. Wonderful! Then my daughter and her partner went over to men's shaving and hair products and we were shunned. 3 clerks and not one offered to help us.

90% of the employees go above and beyond to help make your shopping easy and stress free. No hassle returns ifyou don't abuse the system.

500 dollar impulse buys are everywhere. Gave 5 stars even though they need to teach their employees how to be nice or even helpful.

I love Nordstrom. This was my first time at this location and I was NOT disappointed. I hit up the Mac counter and women's shoes...both were pretty busy with holiday shoppers. I had great customer service by very friendly sales people.

Rita my sales associate was so helpful in finding the right sizing and look that I wanted to achieve. She made the experience so exceptional when she found a glass in a zipper and that I would have to order it. I was more than happy to do this because I didn't have to return it we took care of everything right there. I always expect good service from Nordstrom and I was not disappointed.

I go here religiously 3 times a year and clean up! my guy chase is a wizard at hooking me up with amazing outfits. Best service for sure!

This is a nice nordstrom, pretty upscale and above average selection, including some designer labels for men - Paul Smith, etc.

Great selection 3 floors with something for everyone with different brands from Nike to Gucci what ever fits your budget and the staff was super polite

It’s dark it’s a bit loud and the setup of the clothes is somewhat confusing, On the upside, the sales people are very good, you don’t have to spend 5 minutes hunting one down. They don’t have a ton of merchandise (Now that most of us shop online) with that said If you need to shop at the physical store the Scottsdale Nordstrom’s is a pleasant experience.

Great place to people watch. Coffee cafe is one of the best.

This was a very cool mall! It has 3 stories to it and a very large selection of stores. It was very clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning! Plus the river front area was absolutely beautiful!

The customer service here has really gone downhill the past couple of years. My experience yesterday evening was anything but good. I had to track the person down who was helping me several times. He kept wandering off to chat with other associates. The shoe department also seemed inconvenienced to help me. When requesting to try another size I was told that sometimes it just doesn't work out. What? What does that even mean? I ended up buying a pair of boots and some jeans. It took FOREVER and my alterations are now late as well. I don't think I will be returning here in the future. There are so many other stores to shop at with better customer service than this.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this Nordstrom. What happened? Great customer service/attentiveness WAS synonymous with this store. I spoke to Mgr. in charge yesterday (11/24) by the name of Shani and was left let down, after explaining my dissatisfaction and my inconvenience having to come back to the store, not once, but twice, to correct a large transaction of sale on (10/12) by a sales person (Shelby W.) to add my points; BTW, sales person, was physically there, but not on point, she lacked the ability/desire to make a sale, yet she approached me. I see no good reason to shop at this cosmetic dept., anymore, competitiveness on the same caliber or more is plenty. Hope Nordstrom Mgmt./Corp., will take a close look at this on-going problem -- lack of excellent service that has gone by the way side.

I purchased, for the first time and also the last time, from the cosmetic counter. I had asked for the ORIGINAL Creme De La Mer and was very specific in my wants and needs about what I expected. I was sold anything but the original product! I am a practicing aesthetician and wanted to experience the true luxury of what I had remembered La Mer to be. It had been several years since I had purchased so it was difficult for me to remember the exact packaging but my skin knew the difference. Shame on you nordstrom for your dishonesty! I could NOT have been more clear! I will NOT purchase again from one of your cosmetic counters!

Love the tomato soup. Asian chicken salad a favorite of my wife.

My favorite and go to place to shop! The employees are helpful, and of course Nordstrom’s return policy can’t be beat! Great sales and an awesome rewards program!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a client at Nordstrom for years but at my most recent visit for alterations for an upcoming wedding, they completely butchered up my suit and other tailoring items. After going back three times, the tailors too busy to take their time for quality work . Requesting to speak to a manager did not result in call back and I had to follow up multiple times for a manager to finally listen to my issues. Unable to do anything for me, I had to make other arrangement for my event. They seem to be all about sells but not service. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Love it, it's open and my family went in for lunch and later the Disney Store.

Shopping on their website is just waste of time. They will take your money for few days before they going to cancel the order. Also the customer service are not any better.

Was not impressed with the service I received from Bern in the men’s shoe department. Wanted a pair of Gucci sneakers, and it said on the app they were available. He didn’t even bother to look at my app or the shoes, and just said “haven’t seen them.” Went across the hall to the Gucci store and bought those shoes (that Nordstrom actually had in-stock) with much better customer service.

Love the fragrances but not the best service. Feels forced, almost like they are Overly concerned about getting commission. I much prefer Neiman Marcus believe it or not. I found them to be more knowledgeable about fragrances that they care and others that they don't. The associates that I dealt with could care less about the commission and it really showed. If you're interested in Tom Ford here are a few you might consider.

Really nice Nordstrom! They have really good sales online. Came in to find the same pair of shoes but didn’t find it in store. The deals online they don’t have in store. Returning was super easy. Everyone was super friendly that worked their and dressed really nice.

Customer service is definitely lacking and almost not existent.Pricing and selection from years ago was much better than what is now so this is definitely sad to see.Quality has also been dropping in the actual products and clothing themselves

I've visited Nordstrom for years but must admit I don't look forward to shopping...it can seem overwhelming at times.Then I met personal stylist Shawn Erickson several years ago. Shawn keeps me updated with fashion trends and makes the process simple...from selection to tailoring Shawn will make you look and feel good. He does the whole family too...men and women's. Shawn brings me in early each year to shop the Anniversary Sale before it officially starts and the masses arrive. HUGE relief here. Highly recommend Shawn Erickson at Nordstrom!

This is not the place to order anything online. Takes forever to get though to customer service by phone.Even chat can tale awhile.Very slow process having funds place back on Credit Cards.I would wait until the store re opens to shop.If you buy and have to return for any reason the process can be a nightmare.

Selection can be slim here at times but the associates are so friendly! Helped me find a gorgeous pair of heel tan sandals for summer!!!!

Love that they will sell you different size shoes for no additional charge.
